Poorly controlled blood sugars lead to poor health outcomes.  Managing diabetes is a daily challenge that is a lot simpler when we get help.   There is a lot of confusing, inaccurate, and non-tailored information on the internet.  It's high time you get expert help from a registered dietitian that will make meal planning easier and incorporate foods that you love.
