 This Zoom chat is filled with tips, recipes, cooking classes and true foodie facts.  This whole-food plant-based diet can lower your cholesterol, improve heart health, lead to better weight- when done correctly.  Vegan and vegetarian diets aren't for everyone, but plant-based is the best balance. What is the right plant-based diet for you? You don't need to go full vegetarian or vegan (avoiding all animal products, even eggs and dairy) to get the best heart health benefits. The focus should be on eating more of the right plants, avoiding the wrong kind, eliminating unhealthy foods, and finding the balance that works for you.
