 This Zoom chat is filled with tips, recipes, cooking classes and true foodie facts.  This plant-based diet can lower your cholesterol, improve heart health, lead to better weight- when done correctly.  Vegan and vegetarian diets aren't for everyone, but other types of plant-based eating is certainly for you.  What is the right plant-based diet for you?  Focus on eating more plants, eliminating unhealthy foods, and finding the balance that works for you while you enjoy what you eat.
